Word in My Heart ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a Bible study and memorisation application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, how it may be shared with third-party service providers, and the choices available to you.
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following information:
Word in My Heart requests access to your device's microphone so that you can record your voice while practising Bible memorisation.
Audio recordings are created only when you choose to use the recording function. Your audio recordings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
We do not access, collect, transmit, or sell your audio recordings.

Word in My Heart offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to Premium features.
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS version of the App are processed through Apple's App Store and Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscriptions purchased through the Android version of the App are processed through Google Play Billing.
Word in My Heart does not collect or store your credit card, debit card, or other payment card details. Payment information is handled by Apple or Google through their respective payment systems.
RevenueCat is used to manage subscription information and determine whether a user has an active Premium entitlement. RevenueCat may process information such as an app user identifier, subscription status, product information, transaction information, and other information necessary to provide subscription management services.
We use third-party services to provide certain functionality within the App. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
Account information and App content that you choose to synchronise may be stored using third-party cloud services, including Supabase. This information may be associated with your account so that it can be synchronised and accessed across supported devices.
Audio recordings created using the App are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
We do not sell your personal information or audio recordings.

Word in My Heart is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
Because we use third-party service providers, your information may be stored or processed in countries other than the country in which you live. These providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
